Welcome to Sonali Stationery. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our stationery, office, and school supplies. By accessing our website or visiting our store at 45 Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The terms "Sonali Stationery", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the business operating in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The terms "you" or "your" refer to the user, customer, or viewer of our website and services.

2. Products and Pricing

We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of any stationery item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

All prices are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice. Availability of exclusive paper goods and writing instruments is subject to stock levels at our Dhaka facility.

3. Orders and Deliveries

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is only an acknowledgment of your order and does not constitute acceptance. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and we have debited your chosen payment method.

We offer delivery services across the Dhaka Division and other regions in Bangladesh. Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or local courier interruptions.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused and unopened stationery items to our Banani store within 7 days of receipt. The items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned items. Please note that custom-ordered professional desk accessories or personalized corporate supplies are non-refundable unless they are defective upon arrival.

All content published and made available on our site, including images of our product arrangements, logos, text, graphics, and overall digital design, is the property of Sonali Stationery and its creators. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without our express written permission.
